Christmas Tradition

My mom is a very giving person, she likes to treat us whenever she can and tho that isn't much I'm sure its more than I deserve and more than a lot of other people my age. She started this Christmas tradition in my family .. you know the Twelve Days of Christmas song, how you would get a gift everyday before Christmas day? Well my mom started giving us little gifts twelve days before Christmas  couple years ago and it is now a tradition!

I love this tradition and I want to do this to my family when I have my own. Its not a big gift, usually just candy or something like that but I just love the thought that is put into it. It definitely shows how much she cares and loves us.

I am very excited this year for Christmas, even more than usual. This time last year we were living with the Revees and didn't get to have all these family things. We only got one gift and had to watch them open all of there gifts and it wasn't fun. I was a little sad that I didn't get gifts but I knew that even one gift was hard to get for us with the situation my parents were in, so I was very grateful. This year is going to be great we can actually have time with our family. It makes me realize how important the little things in life are and how important your family should be. Your family will always be there for you . Remember family ends in ILY<3

What are your Christmas traditions??!?

~Christmas Wish~

Yayyy!! Its Christmas time!!!xD This is my favorite time of the year! Not only do you get outta school you get presents too!! The decorations, the food, the family time, the cold weather...wait nevermind I live in Florida now-_- lol.I love Christmas!!

As Ive gotten older I realize that presents and food aren't what is important about Christmas! It's the celebration of Christ's birth CHRISTmas and  about giving to other people! You know the feeling you get after you do something for  someone you love?? Doesn't it make you happy?! I know it makes me happy! This is what we should do! In stead of making a wish for yourself make a wish for someone you love or want to be a blessing to! This is my Christmas wish this year!

What is your wish are you gona be selfish or are you going to  bless other this Christmas!?

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was this past month and it was a reminder for all of us to give thanks to God for all that he has given to us. Even though Thanksgiving is over you should still be giving thanks through out the whole year. In stead of just being thankful once a year,we should be thanks-living! As I like to call it, Thanks-living means living everyday no matter what the situation is in thanks.

This is very hard to do, just today was a bad day for me and I caught myself complaining a lot! I asked myself why was I being so ungrateful. I am so blessed even on bad days I should never complain, but I am human and I make mistakes. I need God's help to be thankful through everything.

As the Christmas season is upon us let us be thankful! If you don't get a gift you want, still be thankful some people don't get any gifts. Show thanks and you will be a much happier person, lets all have a thanks-living attitude and always be thankful!:)

Water Marble Nails

I was thinking about doing my nails and I remembered this awesome water marble nail design! Its kinda hard at first but once you get the hang of it it's easy and super fun! It does take up some time so if you are planning on doing it make sure u leave a lot of time for it to dry and all that fun stuff. This would be the perfect thing to do if your bored!

Here's how it works:
Paint your nails with a color of polish. You can use any color you want, depending on the colors you use in your marble design. You wouldn't wana do an orange base coat and have a purple and green design that would just look nasty haha!
After that dries you get a cup of water. While that reaches room temperature you should tape around the sides of your nails. This will help keep the polish only where you want it, one your nails ;P
Once the water is room temp which it should be by now you will take the colors of polish you want and drop them in the cup of water. It will be easier to do if u have newer polish so it wont be all thick!
Now you take a took pick and make a design out of the polish. Start at the edge, you could so hearts, mix it all around whatever you want!
After you make the design stick your finger in the water, leave it in for a like 15 seconds and then take a toothpick and get the extra polish off. Pull your finger out of the water and take the tap off of  and your done!:D
Here is a youtube video that shows you how!:) Hope you enjoy!!
